More reliable inventory and commission imports.

Update both the desktop app and Import Assistant. This patch addresses negative stock balances and older commission entries that were saved without a statement month.

• Inventory on hand now preserves negative balances reported by your back office. Malformed or incomplete reports still leave your saved inventory unchanged.
• Older undated commissions can be matched to a single verified statement. Duplicate copies are removed with an undo record. Entries with no matching statement remain saved; Fizzwise does not guess their dates.
• Import center shows entries that still need a statement month and lets you download them for review. A completed sync can include a review notice without being marked as failed.
• All seven reports are available without visiting each report first. Inventory sync opens the full Inventory Dashboard.

Update and re-sync

Back up your records in Fizzwise before updating. Install desktop 0.1.23, replace the files in your existing extension folder with Import Assistant 0.12.8, and select Reload on the browser’s extensions page. Keep the app open, confirm the extension shows desktop 0.1.23, then sync your reports and review the results in Import center. The extension requires Chrome or Edge 120 or later.

This earlier release fixed commission loading and rep-order pagination, preserved refunds, and refreshed existing records when back-office reports changed.

• Customer and inventory orders now update changed amounts, dates and statuses while keeping saved postage and product details.
• Complete commission statements correct revised payments and remove obsolete or previously duplicated lines. Incomplete reports leave saved commissions unchanged.
• Import history shows new, updated, unchanged and replaced or removed rows. Corrections can be undone; undo newer imports for the same report first.
• Monthly and weekly commissions are read together. Rep-order history follows every available page, within the existing 2,000-order limit.
• A read-only report check helps diagnose connection or report issues without importing data.

Import Assistant 0.12.6 · September 24, 2026

Fixes an issue where the Import Assistant opened as a narrow column. The popup now keeps its full width, with vertical scrolling for longer content and connection settings.

That earlier update was for the extension only and accompanied desktop version 0.1.21. Download the latest extension ZIP, replace the files in your existing extension folder, then select Reload on the browser’s extensions page.

A more reliable Import Assistant and a clearer way to review your imports.

• Sync continues after you close the extension popup. Reopen it for report progress, stop controls and retry options.
• Report sync uses its own minimized window, leaving your current browsing tab in place.
• CSV previews separate new orders, duplicates and invalid rows. Review errors and confirm before skipping invalid rows.
• Failed imports preserve previously saved data. Incomplete inventory snapshots are rejected, and undo removes only the selected batch and its product details.
• Improved date handling, report pagination, commission-month checks and product-detail recovery.
• A cleaner Import center with clearer pairing instructions, optional Ship.com setup and date/time in import history.

Speak your next question

Optional voice dictation turns a recording into an editable message. You review it before sending. Recordings are sent through the Fizzwise Advisor service to OpenAI for transcription; microphone access is requested only when you choose to dictate.

Find the policy behind the answer

A new BP policies and compensation starter helps you explore the bundled reference documents. Source details show the document version, section, and supporting passage. The Advisor explains when it cannot find a supported answer. References are bundled copies; automatic back-office policy updates are not enabled.

Private downloads and activation

Use the beta access page to request access or prepare an approved download. Links expire after five minutes. The desktop app checks approval periodically and can continue offline for up to 24 hours after a successful check, without extending the year-end cutoff.

Your records stay available

This update preserves the app’s existing data location. A local database backup remains available from the activation screen even after beta access ends. Back up your records before updating.

Platform status

Mac Apple Silicon is Developer ID signed and notarized. Windows x64 remains an unsigned beta while Microsoft publisher verification is pending. The Import Assistant is version 0.12.8 and is installed from a ZIP.
